Happy New Year!!!

It’s officially 2020, I’m about a day late posting this because for me yesterday was all about recovery. I spent New Year’s Eve down in Richmond ringing in the New Year with my friends. Sadly, we didn’t wind up at one of the many roaring 20’s parties that everyone seemed to be having. On the bright side, we’ve still got ten years of the 2020s to make up for it.

Since it’s the New Year I thought I’d share what I’ve been working on and what I’ve got coming out this year. Last year, I moved cities which if you’ve ever done that you understand that it can be tough to jump back in the groove of things when you first move. It took a little longer then I would have liked.

I promised myself that in 2019 I’d get all the books I’ve finished writing out. I failed that pretty spectacularly. I was close with several projects but like an idiot, I was editing off a flash drive, which I somehow managed to perfectly snap in half while putting on one of my boots. Needless to say, I lost days of editing across five projects I’d hoped to get out before the year ended. Which depressed the hell out of me and made it so I didn’t want to look at those projects for a while. Luckily, I had backups on my PC, but sadly they were the completely unedited first draft versions.

So I was back to square one. I’m now back on track to get that stuff out. Also, if you listened to the podcast I did with Slater then you know that I’ve got a real problem with finishing books and moving on to the next thing, before editing and releasing them.

Yesterday I took stock of those completed books and the number blew me away. I’ve got over 20 finished novels that just need to be edited and polished. Some are new series and some are stand-alone, but the fact remains they are all done and I need to get them out so that you can read them.

Going forward this year you’ll also notice some changes to the blog, I’ll elaborate more on that in future posts. I also plan on doing more with my Patreon, and I’ve got even more surprises on the way.

Whether your new to my work or you’ve been reading my stuff for a little while I want to take a moment to thank you and I hope that you like what you’ve read so far because this year I’m going be mass releasing things as much as possible.

So if you like evil computers, killer aliens, thrill killers, super macho cowboys, Southern crime, dangerous hauntings and more then I’m positive that you’ll like at least one of the books I put out this year.
